Service Description

In this course, Pablo will teach you everything you need to know to make a wonderful Neapolitan pizza at home in 3.5 - 4 hours. You will learn exciting things about flour and its most important properties, get a recipe that is sure to work, and tips on how to make the perfect pizza at home. At the end, you will put your homemade pizza in our oven, but there are a few things that can go wrong here too. You will take the dough balls from the course home with you to bake the next pizza at home the next day or at the latest 48 hours after the course. At the end of the course, the homemade pizza will be tasted, and those who are motivated can stay at the oven and make pizza for home. Coffee and water, as well as 2 aperitifs and lots of pizza are included in the price. 150 euros per participant, places can be booked individually The entire program will take place in English. At least 5 participants are required for a course to take place. Every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - you can find the exact dates in the calendar. For different dates, please send an email to office@scuola-volante.at Cancellation conditions - can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours in advance, otherwise a fee of 50 euros will be charged (please inform us by email).

Cancellations and rebookings are possible free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the course. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros per person.
